Alright, now I hope I got the right channel..
When I try to connect with portal set to 127.0.0.1 it instantly gives me this or similar errors, sometimes that I cant be logged in with the information used (def no typo).
When I try to log with external IP/domain it gives me the error after 30-90sec (sometimes infinit "connect" loop).
I checked the ports and they are fine so.. anyone with a clue please?

you gotta use the arctium client launcher and you need a valid bnet certificate

I use the arctium app and the client launches, on arctium they said something like "client launch = not launcher problem"

*and I do use a cert signed on the domain. But I also tried self-signed as I saw that it was mentioned in the arctium dc that should work for localhost
