(but you cant compare what that creates to your php code, command creates a v2 password using stronger hashing and weird hacks)

btw i dont know if the rest of your site code has correct input length limits but its VERY important to only use first 16 characters of the password (longer passwords work NOW but they will stop working in 10.2.5)
