last time I stated "It builds and it was tested" (since I copypaste a template for PR descriptions), I was called out for stating it was tested cause it wasn't, now that I'm keeping to the scope of the work that I had done, it's an issue as well

I just didn't have time to test myself cause I had work, I assumed whoever merged would test, especially because it built and passed all tests in CI
