you can use hotfixes to send new stuff to client DB2 no need to edit the DB2

`item_sparse` is the main table but you need to know how to use hotfixes

just adding stuff in hotfixes db randomly won't have any effect

basically you need to add something in `hotfix_data` table to tell the client that something has changed
