Good luck sniffing every offer/request text for every quest (you can't bruteforce them)

Request text isn't usually sniffed because people generally take the quest, complete it and turn it in (this only allows to get request text for quests that require items)

and yeah it's best after you take the quest to talk again with the quest giver so you can sniff also that text
