that means your bnetserver config is correct, you saw realmlist

I don't know dbs too well, most of my experience is running minecraft and garrysmod servers. what would I be looking for or is there a Wiki page for this?

okay I think I found it, should I se it to my external IP "73.xx.xx.xxx" or should I set it to the Domain name "xx.mydomain.space"

in realmlist table it must be ip address

so I set the "address" column to 73.45.xx.xxx and I'm still getting the error, do I need to change the "localAddress" as well or nothing
