Hello there.
What can corrupt function `World::SendServerMessage`?
Server crashes when sending some command (.announce, .server restart)?
I found line 3376 in world.cpp:

He not wanna work on Russian locale (maybe and other?).
Fixed by hardcore locale, but it not good way, anyone have ideas?
