There is something I have noticed and I would like to ask.
Whenever I create a repository of the master branch, if I try to run Worldserver.exe it will close immediately unless I delete the three Auth files that are in the update folder of the sql. Is that normal, or do I need these three files?

generally you need the files in the update folder. You might want to check the error message you're getting, it should explain exactly which file isn't importing properly and why. It's almost always a result of a confusion in the 'updates' table of your auth database.

one thing that can cause the problem also is if you start bnetserver and worldserver at the same time (such as through a script), and tell them both to keep the auth db up to date. This is why by default the bnetserver is set to not automatically update the auth db.

the error message should appear in server.log

it's actually the most recent one, so the rollback will be easy

delete the column 'timezone_offset'...if you use a visual sql editor, it's easy, otherwise you're going to need to pass a query to alter the table

then after you've done that, find the updates table in the auth db
