Just create sql files with the changes u want in related update directory of tc repo and start worldserver. It will then apply the changes

If you have a fuckup: delete all tables + views, remove the sqlfile/lines causing the fuckup and start worldserver. Then ur back to ur previous state

And one last thing, if possible, how exactly modifying ContentTuningID works? I mean are there any specific values?

Theres a db2 for that. The id is referencing there
