HI dear developers. Please tell me, I encountered a rather strange issue after upgrading to 10.1.5, which persists on 10.1.7 too.
I have a problem connecting to my TrinityCore server. Previously, I thought that the problem with the connection and the route to the server was due to the fact that a certain “freeze” occurred after entering valid account data. But no, as i see.. Deleting my WTF account saved me once and I was able to log into the server. After leaving the game I was no longer able to connect.
After updating to 10.1.7, nothing changed and I still couldn’t and still can’t connect. But 1 time I was able to connect after I completely uninstalled the client and downloaded it via Battlenet. After leaving the game, I was unable to log into the server again and still can’t. It’s just that after entering valid account data it won’t let me into the server. Sometimes there is not even any error, the client freezes and there is not even an error in the client. And if the error is displayed, then I get the error “WOW51900319”. All my friends connect without problems.
It turns out that if I re-download the entire client from Battlenet, then I can log in 1 time. After leaving the game I won't be able to log in. I tried deleting Cache, WTF, etc. Nothing helps.
P.S. my IP address has been added to the white list. I also did a trace to the server and contacted my Internet provider. Could it be in theory that I have some strange bug, that it’s as if after the first connection my client is somehow modified?
