Having problems with simple tasks like passing arguments to an application is way out of TrinityCore support scope. You got all the answers you need but you are lacking basic knowledge of how to use an operating system. You can call us clowns as much as you want but expecting us to also explain basic things like how to create a folder in windows is ridiculous.
