I live in Cuba friend, my external IP is assigned to me by my ETECSA service provider to which I have no access to anything when I check the port on the external IP it tells me the port is blocked, it will be difficult for them to open that port here

already in the reamlist table of the BD change the ip 127.0.0.1 for my ip 170.100.10.10, also edit the conf file in the WTF folder and put the local ip in SET portal
