well openssl 3 is actually supported for advanced users so cmake isnt going to throw errors at you for using it

Okay, this is very strange. CMake threw 0 errors at me the first time I tried it and now its throwing errors ..

Okay, I just did a full rebuild through CMake & VS2022 like before, it's still throwing errors about Libssl-3

So, installing OpenSSL3 and moving those .dll files fixed the issue
