I know that the stasis guy infront of you is a summon spell. Would need to recheck if the glides one is too

way it works is when you wakeup as you're also frozen, you see him in stasis, you npc click him (which casts a spell that you learn later after completing the quest) which is a channel, after channel is finished, objective is complete and summon happens with that spell that I just linked, he then says some text and starts a waypoint, then glides off the edge

God knows if that is classed as personal summon though as new to that kinda thing, seems like though as the original npc vanishes
