I think so? TC wiki says it's required to connect to a master-branch instance

Interesting, it didn't for me. And I thought a newer build could help. There is an issue with the same error lodged as well.

Yeap, I just did a quick-and-dirty launch via proton. It may just work better with a lutris environment, that worked a few years back on master immediately. Though things change, so hard to know. Maybe just borked right now.
