I just exported the filesystem from a "created" docker image (trinitycore/trinitycore:master), and there's only a "sql" directory within "/home/circleci/project/".

no "bin" dir at all. though there is one at "/home/circleci/bin", but it's empty at 0bytes

as for other libssl options, there's one in "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libssl.so.3". But it seems like if the image is meant to build the proper one, it certainly doesn't finish successfully that step. I'm trying to look at how the image is built, but it's a little fragmented. So I'm having trouble finding the parts.
