and yea you need to restart server or probably if you kill npc and respawn will also work but not sure

This is both close to Blizzlike and not quite. I am learning to work with the base, I want to learn SmartAI. I used my sniffs, now I want to fix the item vendor. I sent my sniffs to the TC developers a long time ago

I mean I don't even know if that command will overrwrite the database values, if yes you shoud see instant effect of the new flag
