You gotta move your ids from custom changes in waypoint_data. That also means you gotta change the related values in creature_addon, event_scripts, waypoint_scripts and smart_scripts to some lower value

and this problem can show problem with version libmysql.dll ? because this is in crash log after i asee this crash first time

Thats not a crash, its intentionally stopping the server due to update failing
