yeah but the whole point of ExecuteEvent is executing whatver and killing it directly

iirc, the issue I had with that is I couldn't really obtain the next id that was about to execute to be able to exclude it from the return

how do they even control dynamic timers in this case? many spells have different timers for the next cast depending on CastTimes

and they're somewhat fixed so cdmin and cdmax cannot accomplish that since it's entirely random everytime it's called
