make sure there are no firewalls, do a traceroute to ensure you can connect/ping from the client machine

All default ports are opened and i can ping from net.
1119 8081 8085 8086
Firewall rules are created and setted.
Im try to restart WorldServer. Maybe some setting's not reloaded.
