Yes change the speed in the spell info, its in spellmiscdata

Ahh, that would make sense. But changing this property doesn't seem to do anything for me Ive tried a few values, both positive and negative, big and small

Yeah, I should have all the hotfix stuff right.
Do you have a SpellID of a charge that it works for, for you? Maybe there is an attribute or something that needs to be enabled for Speed to take effect.
