how can I enable the button for a player when a imp is cast? whats the call on the player object to allow a spell to be cast?

Demonic forces suck all of your Wild Imps toward the target, and then cause them to violently explode, dealing (33% of Spell power) Shadowflame damage to all enemies within 0 yards.
