Not sure if it's a bug or if I did something wrong. Game indicates "Requires the Dragonflight expansion"

I placed it back at 9, and I still get the same "Requires the Dragonflight expansion"

I didn't change that setting and it is by default at expansion 9 (for both, worldserver.conf and the SQL data of the account)
