a bit sad since they had a community offering feedback constantly on bugs, but their focus was on their most recent realms :c

in alot of projects its not the feedback that is the issue, its the availability of developers to act on it, and with soo many realms and drastic changes between each expansions, it will get to the point where something somewhere will have to be left behind

to be fair, the community was told that the problem was lack of feedback at some point, they started doing a massive report of bugs to fix end-game content for a year, then they said there was no availability of devs since most of them were working on late-Legion and beta BfA, they kinda lost hope so the wod community demanded some type of updates at least for end-game content, then someone in FS promised a dev for the realm since they didn't think it was that popular among their users, and then they decided not to offer it months later

however, giving false hopes was the last bite for many individuals of that wod community and most left in the end (many of which were QA members from their test realm who spent quite a lot of time testing raids)

well passion alone wont get ya where ya need to be in the end. tbh seems like a alot of pservers are pretty much dead or dying.
