it's not that hard in my opinion, it's just I lack the knowledge to implement something like that:
1. you create an entire path map for the garrison, if you take a closer look, splinepoints are always the same one for every npc, which tries to get to certain points of the garrison always using the shortest path possible
2. you create certain actions in the garrison that can be performed by given creatures, e.g., guards
3. you create "task plots", meaning only 1 single guid can do that and then you just force the creature to calculate which pathing is the shortest to it to reach it
4. you shuffle your actions and assign one to each creature in this system
5. once my action is completed, choose a random action which is not assigned yet and free the one I'm doing for a different creature
