that being said spells could be tricky because we dont load one of db2 files that you probably want to make a hotfix for (Spell.db2, holds only tooltips)

what does this mean? can I add the db2 hotfix myself if its not supported?

it means its not supported out of the box but adding new db2 files isnt hard
