Is it possible to use wow.tools to backtrack all available colors for an item model?
I already know about the ones who share ItemId, those I can find in ItemModifiedAppearance. But is there for example a link between a mythic chestpiece from a raid and the equivalent elite gladiator chestpiece that looks the same but with different colors?

Maybe its ModelResourceID. But if so, it seems to only work for actual models, and not flat chest piece items. Makes sense though

from an item id you can always link to all available item display ids for that item. but they use different item ids for different colors sometimes too. but not always of course. happens more often for older items.

Yeah, Im actually trying to dig up if there are any recolors available that I have not seen before. I know they wont necessarily be available as items out of the box though.

if its only a recolor it will most likely use the same ModelResourcesId but with different textures.Simple items might not have a model attached tho and work with geoset and textures only
