How do I remove hotfixes in hotfixes_data that I want to revert? Do I just delete them, or change status to inactive? Or do I have to manually add a new hotfix to revert back?

so out of those options, one is untested and im not sure how exactly to set it up, 2nd requires clearing cache (other methods dont) so 3 should be the safest one (but uses the most server bandwidth)
