because tc loads this db2 file, hotfixes for it are easy to do

you need to copy the row you want to edit to creature_display_info table in hotfix db, then edit columns you want

and then also add data to hotfix_data table that will tell the client "hey this row in this table was hotfixed, give me the new version"

oh and use negative value in VerifiedBuild column (we purge all hotfixes with positive values on new patches)
