if yes items are in .db2 files, not in database

Icons are shown through the item.dbc. If there is no data on there you won't the see icons in game. You can export all items from item_temp to a csv file and replace all " ; " with "," and import the csv into item.dbc
Edit: you wanna use a certain select command on your query to match the item.dbc structure
