this is supposed to find nearest object that satisfies `conditions` data, then set spell destination coords to its position (spell does not hit that object)

I see, I haven't set up conditions yet because the spell sends out an error saying there's no target, the problem is

yep, thats also how this behaves on tc - the object whose location is taken is not found in spell packet
