look up the spell on wowhead if you don't know the id, then look up that id in your Spell dbc file
same example: fireball has id 133, so the wowhead url has "spell=133"
<https://www.wowhead.com/spell=133/fireball>
you can also do `.lookup spell water shield` ingame to get the id

i think wdbx can read the shadowlands db2 files, otherwise someone else can probably help you to open it up
