you must understand that now most of the important stuff like spells and items are not directly in the database, and you must learn how the hotfix system works in order to change them

oh okay cause i have a little problem maybe u know or at least point me to the right path so my problem is slice and dice spell 315496 dont work properly 5sec duration with 5 combo point while slice and dice 5171 work perfectly
