Please don't ask for screenshot's, I've told you what it is, and getting them is just a hassle.

After renaming the file, you need to put it in your Data folder. C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Data ... or something. Just rename it, put it in the Data folder which is inside your World of Warcraft folder.
