Rogue:

How to Install:
1#Download the patch;
2#Name it patch-(3-9).mpq - When it says (3-9) its for you to put a number;
3#Place it on your World Of Warcraft Folder Under the Data Folder;
4#Start WoW via Modeleditlive.exe - I don't know if its needed or not since i only tried them with modeleditlive.exe, i think it can be usable with normal WoW.

Not sure if I will be doing a Druid pack... so /shrug. If you want to change the color on an existing spell, you would need to find the file that's the exact same, but like _Red or something.
