Also, how does it work when an NPC uses a SPELL_EFFECT_WEAPON_PERCENT_DAMAGE ability? Is the damage calculated the same way as an auto-attack?

I also have this weird issue where the Foe Reaper 5K just... sometimes doesn't move?
