If you set bonding to 0 on item_template doesn't matter what flags or allowable class you put nothing will work untill you configure bonding collumn

To make it work the way you'r saying you can always edit it to something like "if (!(pProto->AllowableClass & GetClassMask()) && !IsGameMaster())"

I didn't change any code to make it work the way it does for me. I have no idea what you're doing and why it doesn't work for you. In any case, I didn't make any core changes.
