yes, csv to db import is a thing. as long as it has the proper structure when saving the excel file as csv u can just import the data to a table

Hello guys, does anyone know how a SpellVisualKit.db2 is conected to SpellChainEffect,db2 in Legion?? "Looks like" from Legion and newer expansions they remove m_charProc used in SpellVisualKit.dbc. Please help!!!!
