either incomplete client and it cant load data when logging in or you have some custom data that it tries to load from casc (or file system if using a auncher with custom file loading)

my guess was because its 4.4.1 and live is on 4.4.2

I couldnt actually get any new M2 models working with the launcher for some reason in 4.4.1

Well. adding full new models with new file ids didnt work in the launcher until a few weeks ago. So gotta use the latest one then. There it works. Replacing worked in previous versions tho
