fyi, azerothcore has exactly the same code dedicated to preventing this issue

I have never run into the bug on AC, it was maybe 3 years ago when I run server on that?

Well, I'll see into that later. I believe you when you say it's patched. So maybe it's another issue that people misreport.

We use a lot of custom items downported. So maybe it has to do something with completely different issue.
