I always rebuild in cmake. I did notice that CMake no longer sets the BOOST_DIR field and states it cannot be found. Whenever I set it, it always resets. Would that affect it?

BOOST_ROOT is the only one that matters, Boost_DIR is temporary and gets cleared every time (case sensitive)
