Hmmm, I don't see an aura on that- what I do see is trigger 1 (on equipSmile chance on hit 3% to drain life, 1% to flamestrike... and neither has a ppm set. I don't know if setting it will change %ages or not

Essentially it's two separate spells that are active on equip, applying invis auras that should proc their triggered spells on hit.

Those are LOW percentages... and they would only proc in 3% or 1% of the hits taken...

I might test setting one to 100% chance tomorrow and seeing if it activates or not.

Since I've got three users with Skullflame Shields and none of us have ever seen them proc in over a year at 60.

It you can- that'd be a good plan- 18818 is also flamestrike rank 1... the item has 18815 and 18816 spells which show as drainlife and flamestrike respectively but they also are flagged as [passive] spells (effects I assume)
