Actually, the guy has gnome-shell running on his VM. So no, he does not in fact have "only a server". He has an entire desktop environment eating up his ram...

TC has a setting too that Shauren adjusted months ago where it's up to the server owner to decide how often to update the world ingame, raising ofc the cpu usage
