You can /question certain npcs to see if a server is running AC:
Human zone: Merissa Stilwell
Orc zone: Magga
There are plenty more, you can see them with:
SELECT * FROM smart_scripts WHERE event_type = 22 AND event_param1 = 95 AND action_type = 1
alot of popup servers usually dont realize that so they dont remove it
