I need to increase a blending setting dramatically, and then increase a hue setting dramatically, so the dark sections are brighter, and they blend between the light sections more.

Setting both float_14 and float_15 to 0 does this, which is good enough.

There are these fairly distinct spots though. I got a little more fiddling with the DBCs to do, I think. But it looks *so* much nicer than vanilla water.
