I find Shauren to be a very reasonable person, although with his own style (which sometimes can be described as "curt", but that's probably because he's the main dev, and he has better things to do than argue with users who fail to follow instructions; or, even worse, twist his words).

Well, I don't like being called a liar when the facts say something different and when I say it works the way I said it would and then I provide proof, I don't get an "OK, sorry" or something similar. We are all human and can make mistakes sometimes and you just have to own up to it when you have evidence to show the opposite.
And I stayed calm while I was being attacked aggressively.
