this looks nice and clean. Do you know how could I extract the World::InitServerAutoRestartTime() into custom class like Custom.cpp/.h and use it inside World.cpp and cs_something.cpp?

Move it to a differ file and then add the included for that file in the world.cpp i would assume like all the others.

I never before created custom classes in TC so it's new for me, but I guess ChatGPT will help me to do it.

gpt is a terrible tool for learning - it can give you a wrong answer (and because you are learning) you wont know it

It's bad for learning because you need some basic knowledge to get any value from it due to bad answers. And whenever you know enough to correct whatever is wrong, you might as well not use it because it takes you longer to correct the issues than to write the code yourself.
