I modified mmap generator to always rebuild the tile even if correct mmap version, and just rebuild the whole map each time there are changes. Easier for custom

Yeah it probably should be, and something anyone could easily contribute a PR for. Maybe I'll look at that, no promises there.
My local TC version is quite out of date... 99% of commits are for blizzlike content and the new mmap versions kept breaking all my custom maps which was becoming a nightmare to catch and debug before deploying the update.
