- fix some Win x64 build and debug issues

Well I've never seen this written anywhere. Not in clear steps and config options.
Certainly I've been pointed to recast debug before, and have used it for years. But apparently incorrectly

The documentation I intend to write is in context of custom maps, since that's where mmaps typically fails.

Yes, it's within the bounding box and generates correctly with the fixed ADTs
