Right, now I have a spell that should apply the force run forward and movement speed bonus. And I'll want it so the Cask of Drugan's IPA applies this to the player. That'd be a spell-click gobject, but I have no way of limiting that to only people on the quest right now, since conditions don't work for those...

You can make a GameObject clickable only if a player has a certain quest in his questlog.
